I had some leftover foam piping from the Metallic Bow Wreaths, so I thought I'd whip up something with Target's Dollar Spot plastic ornaments. It was intended to be a wreath, but since we're in wreath overload, I turned it into a centerpiece.
I wanted to add some pink so it would coordinate with our other decor this year, so I started with a piece of garland (like I used on the Pink Magnolia Mantel). I clipped the strands and glued them to the form (in no particular pattern apparently!)
Then I just worked my way around, gluing ornaments directly to the form and each other. The wreath was an insatiable beast, and I continued to add ornaments until it was even and balanced. So there are easily 100 balls.
Once they had all set, I slipped it over a hurricane candle for our Dining Room centerpiece.
We won't have a Christmas Dinner at our house this year, but I need to find a reason to create a tablescape around this centerpiece!
What were you up to this weekend?

Love love love. Happy Monday.
